I haven't seen a single picture of Turkish Navy Ada class corvette's with RGM-84 Harpoon launchers installed. I am skeptical if US has allowed the same with Turkish Navy. @cabatli_53

After PN retires the remaining 4 Type 21's, PN will have only 1 ship (PNS Alamgir) capable of deploying the Harpoon. Which could be the reason why PN is looking at Turkish corvette's instead of the Chinese ones.

Atmaca SSM is also developed. Atmaca is heavier (~800kg) and has longer range(~245km). Deliveries will commence in 2018.

Why doesn't US allow Harpoon's on Yonca Onuk MRTP 33's?

If we accepted their policies, support their terrorists next to/inside our borders and being a puppet for their benefits, they would have allowed everything we wish but they don’t allow to export even a shotguns to us in current conditions which is a good thing for us. We are breaking their sneaky plans in our region, bombing their supported terrorists, cutting their ways not to connect strategic points, not respect Israeli/USA support for independance Kurdistan plans so establishing organizations between Russia, Iran, Iraq to break their plans into pieces.

US-Turkey tensions aside, my point is since Americans allowed AShM installation on 2300 ton corvettes (and possibly Instanbul class frigates), why not on ships with much smaller range like FAC's?

I think the Block-2 Harpoons ordered for Milgem was in 2007 which is way before than current conditions between USA and Turkey. I don’t know when It is requested from USA to integrate Harpoons for Pakistani MRTP-33 but It is for sure that It is impossible in current tension. I know from MSI magazine 2016 that Roketsan offers own missile solution (magazine didn’t give any specific name for missile) to upgrade Pakistani MRTP-33 boats.

If Harpoon's aren't possible on two MRTP-33's Pakistan acquired, fine, Pakistan can do with C-802. But if US won't allow those on the corvette's Pakistan is negotiating, the deal is DEAD.

From 2009,

Over the years, the United States has provided a total of 165 Harpoon missiles to Pakistan, including 37 of the older-model weapons that were delivered from 1985 to 1988, said Charles Taylor, a spokesman for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

From 2009,
Could be vendor leverage too. STM might be more experienced in working with Western firms for third party sales than Onca Yonuk (MRTP-33 makers).

No details yet.

Some one hinted PN don't want F-22P or its upgrade versions, PN will only swallow that pill if they are not in position to get better ships, which are available to PN. Is that true???

. . . .
Our Costal Guards will take care of PN, they have more ships & aircraft fixed wings & helicopters than whole PN.

Nuclear armed sub's are not easy to deal with, especially if they work under the increasing Pakistani anti ship missile range
