I agree with you, these two countries detain the gold medal of war losts...Example, just to name one...Yemen in the 60's and Yemen in 2016....You are right in excluding Egypt and Saudi Arabia from your list...
.Against her own people only.We saw the Egyptian army at work against Place ettahrir...In fact that's the only battle, if you can call it a battle, that the Egyptian Army has won....Egypt has the most powerful ,trained, experienced and well equipped military in the Arab world.
Having expensive cookware doesn't make you a chef.Saudi Arabia....has most sophisticated arms and financially able to buy what ever she wants form East or west.
the sauds have a lot of in common with the Crows, both like shiny hardware
As for your list:
Algeria : Medium size army with medium trained soldiers with some advanced weapons but lacks of military compat experience and not open to the latest tactics and weapons.
Algeria's army is not medium but small size , with well trained, well equipped, technically apt and militarily capable to conduct raids away from her borders. It is the only army of the arab league, that is an army in proper sense of the word. That is the only army that has won wars and is capable of winning future wars..
Both countries have better fighting capabilities and the motivation than either the Egyptian or the SaudsUAE: advanced weapons ,advanced training but lacks of manpower also Jordan.
HardlyMorocco: don't know much about it but I believe it is comparable to Algeria.
Remember, it was the forefathers of the actual algerian Army that came twice to save Egypt. And that is the only force that kept Egypt by being overrun and occupied. Remember also, that Sadat kept the Algerian force from joining the battle field for 48 hours, he gave them the green light after his armies in the Sinai were overrun by the IDF....
