You are right in excluding Egypt and Saudi Arabia from your list...
I agree with you, these two countries detain the gold medal of war losts...Example, just to name one...Yemen in the 60's and Yemen in 2016....:man_in_love::man_in_love::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:

Egypt has the most powerful ,trained, experienced and well equipped military in the Arab world.
.Against her own people only.We saw the Egyptian army at work against Place ettahrir...In fact that's the only battle, if you can call it a battle, that the Egyptian Army has won....:omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:

Saudi Arabia....has most sophisticated arms and financially able to buy what ever she wants form East or west.
Having expensive cookware doesn't make you a chef.
the sauds have a lot of in common with the Crows, both like shiny hardware

As for your list:
Algeria : Medium size army with medium trained soldiers with some advanced weapons but lacks of military compat experience and not open to the latest tactics and weapons.

:stop::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:

Algeria's army is not medium but small size , with well trained, well equipped, technically apt and militarily capable to conduct raids away from her borders. It is the only army of the arab league, that is an army in proper sense of the word. That is the only army that has won wars and is capable of winning future wars..
UAE: advanced weapons ,advanced training but lacks of manpower also Jordan.
Both countries have better fighting capabilities and the motivation than either the Egyptian or the Sauds

Morocco: don't know much about it but I believe it is comparable to Algeria.
Hardly
Remember, it was the forefathers of the actual algerian Army that came twice to save Egypt. And that is the only force that kept Egypt by being overrun and occupied. Remember also, that Sadat kept the Algerian force from joining the battle field for 48 hours, he gave them the green light after his armies in the Sinai were overrun by the IDF....

Instead of hiding behind non sense, why don't you tell us and show us what make Egyptian and KSA army in a scale above any arab army. By the way I wouldn't have participated if the country of Algeria was not included in the so called Arab state. North Africans are not Arabs , the majority of them are arabophone, ie speak their arabic dialect, that does not make them Arabs!
But, Afendi Amun, what I said about the Egyptian and the KSA armies are facts! Egypt lost 1948, 1956,1963 and 1973 wars with Israel. In the 60's she lost half of her troops against the yemeni, and today in Yemen she failed too and resorting to her tactics of the 60's in the same area, destroying their survival systems, ie food trucks, cattles, sheeps, goats, even banana trucks have been targeted, and please don't tell me it is the sauds..Saudi pilots don't fly that low to target trucks, cattles and chicken koop...Another thing too, if they are the best trained, the best armed, why does the whole Sinai escapes her authority? Algeria a bigger country than Egypt with seven borders, all unstable is controlling 100% of her territory...
I am not going to expand on KSA, Sauds have never claimed that their army is the best in something...

Amun, I, personally, expect you to enlighten me how you come up with your analyses?

I'm excluding Egypt and Saudi Arabia from the list in order to make this more interesting, otherwise it's a no-brainer lol.

---------------------------------------------------------

I have a feeling it's the UAE -- at least on paper.
I don't have any idea why Qatar isn't up at least on the second. Qatar spends more than Jordan. Better tech and better or equally trained.

Kuwait got like around 5000 Bangladeshi troops now. All the mine sweeping and mine security is under them now. Because apparently UK, France, USA mine cleared zones had mines! Lmao. Also side note military instructors for cadets and officers are bangladeshis mostly.

Good for you. That means should Iran ever decide to invade Kuwait the Emir will call Dhaka instead of Washington?

First of all, this childish replies about my Army is better than yours .... I will not go through....by the way there is no such a war in 1963 (Educate your self) ..... As for Israel wars 1948 it was the Arab countries against Fighters from USSR and western armies who joined Israeli Hagana.....and Egypt inspit of being ocuupied to that date by UK but we entered the war like other Arab counties to save our Holy places in Jerusalem.....
1956 war against 2 superpowers ( England for nationalizing Suez Canal and France for supporting The revolution in Algeria (you should be grateful )......and Israel ....... And they all withdraw there forces after USA and USSR threats to them and the resistance in Portsaid.
1967 Total defeat.....I Admit it.
1973 Total won....only USA saved Israel

This is a picture of an Israeli Tank came directly from USA by Air to Elarish Airport and captured by Egyptian soldiers on the banks of Suez Canal.
220 Kilometres only in its covered kilometrage which is the distance from Elarish to the Canal.

Security of Kuwait doesn't work like that... I was born and raised in there. Kuwait did deals with UK, USA, Bangladesh... These are the only countries with their base in Kuwait. And the troops are directly enrolled on the roll of protecting Kuwait from foreign attacks. Kuwaiti military falls in with all the foreign troops... And that's how it works. Last time a war happened in Kuwait... The sheikhs... All of them except 1 or 2... Didn't call Washington. They ran away to Saudi Arabia. And plus the US led coalition had troops from many Muslim countries including Pakistan, Egypt etc. air fight was all USA. Ground fight was all other countries.

And each country has their assigned rolls... Like USA with navy trainings etc ... U.K. With the air trainings etc...

First of all, you are the child here, I have never said that my army is better than yours, but now i can said loudly and write it loudly. EGYPTIAN ARMY DOESN'T MEASURE UP TO THE ALGERIAN ARMY, is that make make childish, so be it!
let get back to the topic..
You haven't told us about what make the Egyptian army above all the arab armies. As far the world know, all the war that she was involved in , she lost...Today she can't even control the Sinai and that with the help of Israel and the US. She is bugged down a second time in Yemen.
73 you can paint it anyway you want, Egypt lost the war. Showing a picture of a tank speedometer with low mileage is not a reason to throw the towel.Russia was supplying you with weapon, paid by ALGERIA, just like the US was doing with Israel. Marshall Tito sent Egypt 100 brand new tanks fulled and loaded ready for battle...
Here an example of the Algerian army of today...This is a war game conducted near the Moroccan border by the 43rd mechanized division with live amunitions, in reply to the one Morocco conducted with the US/European countries.

Pathetic :coffee:

you are absolutely correct, you chose one of qualities of Egyptian Army :PATHETIC, I would liked it better if you added congregation of THUGS to it. It is what she is, un army of THUGS, that gun down her own country men with tanks and heavy guns, that killed innocent bedouins in Sinai and dressed them like ISIS fighter. An army known for closing the only border passage with Gaza and joined the IDF in her starving policies toward Gazans. People all over the world as well as Egyptian will remember that the army of incapables joined Israel in the killing of all the chances for Palestinians to have a separate state!

Qatar has a very small and outdated air force. In fact, most of Qatar's military equipment are outdated.

Qatar relies heavily on foreign Western powers (e.g. the United States) for protection.

Say what? Neither Bangladesh nor the United Kingdom has military bases in Kuwait. The US is the only country that has a military presence in Kuwait.

Also, when Iraq invaded Kuwait, the Kuwaiti rulers called America and Britain for help. They fled to Saudi Arabia because that's the only country that shares a border with Kuwait, apart from Iraq.

The US did most of the liberating. If it weren't for America and Britain, Kuwait would've never been liberated.

But what about all those eurofighter deals? Cancelled?

Well look up at subhan in Kuwait. Bangladesh military command. You can see pictures of it from Google and I can provide a good verification as I have been there. The U.K. Troops shares their base with USA at fort beuhring as far as I know. My computer science teacher worked with them on network security of some sort for 25 years.
The call of the emir was given on UN which is an international forum.
Every country had some duty to be taken care off. Like I said. The air wars was totally on Americas hand and UK did play a role though. The ground fightings were all Saudi, Pakistan, Egypt, Bangladesh etc. and still mine clearance is taken care of by Bangladesh. And nobody took up the task of mine clearance or had done a good job with it.

The ground fighting during the liberation of Kuwait was done mainly by the Americans, followed by the British and French:

2000px-DesertStormMap_v2.svg.png

The Arabs and other Muslims mainly had a ceremonial role. Simply put, if it weren't for America and Britain, Kuwait would still be part of Iraq right now. Saudi Arabia should be credited for allowing the American and other Western militaries to operate on its soil during the liberation campaign, but the Saudis (and other Arab/Muslim forces) contributed very little to the actual fighting.

As for foreign military bases in Kuwait, only the Americans have a military base around here. I'm sure the Kuwaiti government has signed a number of security agreements with Bangladesh, as I'm sure Kuwait might have hired a number of Bangladeshi military personnel for assistance, but that doesn't mean Bangladesh has a military base in Kuwait.

As for the Qatari military, it has ordered 24 Dassault Rafale fighter jets but that's about it. It also wanted to order F-35 fighter jets (along with Kuwait), but the Israelis cried about it and pressured the Americans to say no.

Qatar's really weak, militarily speaking. It's no wonder that the country has signed many military agreements with not only Western countries but also with the likes of Iran and Turkey.
