Two super powers stand with Pakistan already, namely China and Russia..And this is just US talk.. if it was some dire circumstances where Pakistan was in real danger and no Muslim nation opened its mouth, than we can blame all the Muslim nations legitimately..But in these circumstances and up till now, there is no danger to Pakistan.. the worst that can happen is that the US cut all aid to Pakistan, an aid that can be easily replaced by the GCC and others till Pakistan's economy improves..

Usually Saudi Arabia has helped Pakistan financially.

This thread was actually a nod to some of those people with whom I discussed a lot on the "Muslim" Military Alliance shenanigans with.

They were all telling me that now Pakistan has managed to get some great influence in the Middle East and this is all going to be worth it blah blah.

I guess their absence in this thread shows who was right. Not a single one of those crazy preachers are to be found in this thread.

There are some major flaws in the mentality of people in Pakistan and i blame the illiterate mullahs for this. The biggest one is the inferiority complex that we have against Arabs. Pakistanis want to be like Arabs and i am not sure why. I have lived in Saudi for 12 years and i have seen first hand how pathetic they are and have seen their hatred for Pakistanis even if they officially don't say it. Pakistanis still have kept the flame of Ummah lit, I am yet to see this concept of Ummah outside of Pakistan.

Pakistan needs to get rid of its internal issues. Corruption, incompetence, criminal negligence, nepotism etc are the parasite that sucking the blood of the nation. We should focus on solving these issues instead of thinking about any external hand. That has to be done at the national level.

At individual level, start looking after your neighbours, share whatever you can. We don't need any external help for these issues.

pakistan did the right thing. you keep living slave mentality, yemen never was and never will be any of our business. we're no longer foot soldiers for wealthy arabs because it got us NO WHERE.

Honorable sir,
Please try to understand the context. My contention is that we need to overcome our internal problems ourselves. We have to get rid of the corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and military officers. That is something we have to do ourselves: no superman will land and set everything in order. That's where we don't need any external help.
But I see your point and I stand corrected. Hope it explains my POV.
