I have noticed during recent months that Pakistan's foreign policy is becoming very "ambiguous", before Imran Khan's government Pakistan's tilt was clearly towards China and Pakistan entered into strategic partnership with China in 2014 with CPEC. But now it seems that the strategic relationship between Pakistan and China is getting weaker and Imran Khan's government is not as much enthusiastic towards china as the previous governments in the last 10 years.

And since Pakistan's IMF package is approved , Pakistani government seems to be drifting once again towards the USA, the manifestation of it was seen during Imran Khan's recent visit to USA.

Isn't it a time for Pakistan to make a clear choice between China and USA. I personally believe we should be in China's camp because China is far more reliable partner for Pakistan than USA no matter how much Imran Khan was "pampered" by US president and US Congress leaders during his last visit to that country. Pakistan will have no importance for USA once the latter's forces leave Afghanistan. Therefore Pakistan needs to be clear about where exactly it stands between China and USA!

Ask China to make a choice between India and Pakistan
For that matter Iran or Saudi Arabia

see what kind of responses you get

China is losing its PR battle in Pakistan lately due to US funded crooked media who make everything related to China a scandal and lately Uyghur issue. i don't know how it translate b/w Pakistan China official diplomacy.

. . . .
I just see a balance in ties cant afford to leave the China Camp but certain projects that are wasteful need to be curbed I agree we cant trust the Americans as well once their mission is accomplished out the door Pakistan but relying on China too much well not so great tbh either but tilt to China is fine

Agree with the Indian, don't put all your eggs in one basket. We saw how picking sides did to Pakistan in the past decades (countless sanctions, isolation, Bangladesh ect..). China's relationship with Pakistan won't last forever, the world political dynamics are always changing, e.g. Qatars isolation, Turkey's drifting away from NATO ect..

You see even the Arabs are now slowly distancing themselfs from Pakistan i.e. UAE, because they see India as a rising power, and to leverage their current love affair with the Americans will now start kissing Indian feet for favours.

First off dont compare Turkey and NATO drifting apart as true with all the political bs between Washington,Brussels and Ankara is for show The Americans need the Turks for the Incerlik Base besides the Turks bromance with Russia is temporary could die down cause Ankara still does not see eye to eye with Moscow and Tehran vis a vis Syria they may have dropped their opposition to Assad's rule in Damascus but the Turks have their own plans in Syria, Turkey has had rocky relations with the west several times prior to Erdogan, in 1974 when Turkey invaded Cyprus they got slapped sanctions Americans were kicked out of Incerlik post 1991 the US sided with Kurds again Turkey upset I agree geo-politics is constant change hard to keep up and we need to balance our ties with both US,EU,Russia, and China in the Islamic world the same with Iran,KSA,UAE, and Turkey as for Sino-Pakistan relations the thing is both sides need each other 1-China lacks allies yes they have money now with the BRI but they dont have real allies money is one thing but in South East Asia loads of historic issues between the Chinese and SouthEast Asians ,Korea and Japan same India yeah Trade but still rival and border disputes prevent closeness so in Asia the allies they have is Pakistan,DPRK and Myanmar(to a extent)

Arabs were never great for us anyways they treated us a cheap labor slaves, bought their retarded sectarian divide issues to Pakistan bankrolled courupt exiles elites good riddence we need to have okay economic ties tho

IMO the US policy makers are slowly regaining some of their senses back vis-à-vis Pak after living in a deep comatose condition for a long time!!! Pak is too important a piece of "real state" in geopolitics and geostrategies, and to put tactical/strategic assets just to overlook like that!!! They need Pak more than Pak needs them...
