I think there's another way that these followers of P.N. Oak are given a fitting lesson while also not jailing them.

Although I am not much of an admirer of the Saudi government, I wish that they make this case such a high-profile one that any further propagation of Oak's ideas in India get automatically ridiculed.

In a video posted by Harish which has been shared across social media channels, he can be seen folding in hands and seeking forgiveness from “Muslim” friends.

He is heard saying, “I have done a mistake. Please forgive me. I will never upload such post again. I ask my Muslim brothers to please forgive me on this occasion. I am facing problem from my company.” But this could not help him prevent an arrest.

I was reading comments on one of the website and people were saying that this questionable profile was created very recently. He posted something about Muslims in general from his original profile and then apologized for that.. The video is dated 20th of Dec while this profile posted the material on 21 Dec..

Hmm, then he should get a lawyer and get his name cleared from the recent comment. As it is, he has asked for forgiveness for his initial comment against Muslims.

That won't happen mate, Sanghi government officially disowns these theories but they sprout these theories unofficially through their sister concerns. And these theories are for domestic consumption, there never was any debate on it. PN Oak was ridiculed worldwide for his claims and infact was nicknamed as "crackpot".

There are many who post similar content, many anonymously while sitting in Arab countries. So he is not alone. Sanghis have gone bold since 2014 and these rants and threats aren't just abberations.
