When will we stop blaming the rest of the world?

.
How so? If you're going to go down that route, Musharraf is a retired GENERAL of Pakistan army. So what he says has even more weight.

Mush is in the sewer called politics now. That makes a lot of difference!

ya.. but musharaff is more of a politician now than a military man.. right??

He made the same allegation in 2009 when he was not in politics.

We should never trust those indians. they have always wanted the worst for us. india is our #1 enemy.

Trust cannot be one sided. The enmity and trust deficit is mutual. By the way, India has bigger problems than Pakistan and and most Pakistanis will agree that India is not their biggest threat.

once a politician is always a politician. wasn't he the political leader of pakistan between 2000 to 2008?

When will we stop blaming the rest of the world?

until we stop acting like slaves to arabs, americans & stop renting our land to outsiders to settle their scores.

Until we as a nation wont focus on Pakistan which MA Jinnah visioned for us

Until we get rid of this extremist fundos and their imported ideologies

He was but he left in 2008 and made allegations in 2009, when there was no sign that he wanted to get into politics.

Also, how does Musharraf's previous tenure as President have an effect on what he's saying? What you're trying to suggest is that he was in politics before and therefore that influenced him. But the fact of the matter is that after he resigned, it was clear that he had no interest in going in politics, hence politics probably had little effect (if any) on what he said. He was done with politics at that time.

i think we will be goin in circles here.. nyway the reason why i made that comment is simply 'cause it's comin out from a retired army man. now these guys are privy to lot of sensitive info, conspiracies & if a top ranked army man is coming out with these kind of views, there must be some sort of truth in it. & it's the general view of most of the intelectuals within pakistan & outside.
now.. it depends how far you want to go with it. you can either choose to discard his views completely or take it on board & make some introspection, see if there is any truth in what he says??

.
Well like I said, it can go both ways. True that they have a lot of sensitive info, but Musharraf probably knows infinitely more such info than him anyway. And furthermore, we have ISI and army insiders confirming Indian support for terrorism. So you can't really pick and choose here.

I am not suggesting that India is involved or India is not involved btw. I am just trying to deal with your argument.

.
There are better ways to argue about this, such as saying that there's no evidence to suggest that the conspiracy theories are true. Saying that because a brigadier says so, therefore it must be true, won't convince a whole lot of people.

ok.. i can see where this is going.. musharraf was a leader of a country & he has to justify what he did or said during his tenure, even after he takes a break from the same.
let's leave what musharraf had to say or about involvement of indian in the so callled terrorism in pakistan.
coming back to the subject of the thread.. & staying with the topic, what's you view about the thoughts shared by the author here?

.
There might be some truth to it, though the amount of Indian activity in Afghanistan makes me believe that India might be involved in some support for terrorism, if not in FATA then at least in Balochistan.
