Why? They aren't asking on their own behalf. You would be justified in turning them down, perhaps, if they were making personal requests,

Sitting in Indian govt, they can stop sponsoring terrorism. This is something they can do on their own behalf.

I'll say what I have been saying for too long:

Stop sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan and leave it be for a decade or so. Pakistan should make sure these actions are reciprocated.

Bring Kashmir back to normalcy by talking to Kashmiri people and listening to what they have to say. Hey, it was quite peaceful for few years before the fanatics came into power in India (another reason, fanatics should never be allowed to form govt, no matter how popular they are).

Give it a decade and I am sure both countries can find a solution.
