True. I see some beggars on traffic stops in Islamabad. They are there almost every day.

Anyone who works/lives in Islamabad clearly knows the non-existence of public transport especially in F sectors.

So one has to ask, how can a beggar come almost daily to such posh sectors?

A genuine needy might be there once but if you see some guy regularly then you would rather keep the money to yourself.

It is not about Nationality - once you know the person asking for help is genuinely in need, every Pakistani would help. We are one of the largest charity giving Nations, giving is in our essence Alhamdolillah.

Pakistani beggars are creative and many in numbers. When you find a Paksitan is refuse to help another Paksitani, it is not because he is saying that "I know you are in need yet will not help you" - but rather "I do not believe you are in a real need".

It is a universal truth that when it comes to charitable giving, Pakistan is a generous country, and it contributes more than one percent of its GDP to charity. Islam is the main driver of Charity in Pakistan and it is branded in our DNA and everywhere else Pakistani living abroad.
