Whats up with rumors Pindi/Islamabad handed over to Army security?

hey what are these rumors that Pindi and Islamabad security is being handed over to Army, along with number of jail securities?

I saw pictures of couple of trucks carrying tanks and 4x4s in Islamabad,

is it true that Army will provide security to Pindi/Islamabad?
