me too feelng bored - thinking to go outside for jogging
Jogging on hard surfaces can be really dangerous for your ankles. Hope you had proper jogging shoes. I have seen many people jogging on concrete tracks or Tar roads, little they know that, they are killing their ankles slowly and its doing them any good at all.
BTW I came back from a long walk or should i say stroll. We walked for almost 2 kms and felt really good. I wish I had a gf to walk with
