Most of them are less educated than you. According to 2017 census of Pakistan at least half of people in 20 to 30 age group in the most developed parts of Pakistan like Lahore Gujranwala etc are under matric and this is the most educated 20 plus age group.

Actually no to a large extent I think. Every family in the urban areas has at least three college graduates. In rural it will be similar to Pakistan. But as I said in the reply to Valar it doesn't matter. Intellect and innovativeness has no connection with the number of school years and college degrees and PhDs one might collect. I rejected the Indian "education" system and burnt my 11th class degree and would have burnt the 10th class degree if not for the fact that it is one of the citizen identification documents here. With my 12th class fail status I was a teacher in computing, co-founded a company in the computing field and will again start one soon pending finance obtainment. Both my first company and my next one have no equal in South Asia. So so-called formal education might give you basic knowledge to start with and a network of people but nothing beyond that.
