Yes and warning does come as per observation whether Member is continuously doing so despite being reminded or is it the first time. In fact, decisions are made in view of circumstances involved as well as history of member and then soft reminders if ever served either by inbox or a post on thread.

That is not surprising. Communication is a two way street.
If you are have written Urdu in threads of International Value, you will be reported. This is only fair and why would you as a Muslim being against fairness?
Here candidates of national and provincial assemblies always talk in Punjabi English to door ki bast woh Urdu bhi nahi boltay

Maybe they should get moderators from PDF to play Speaker of Provincial Assembly.
Moderators would force them to speak in English?
