Most probably he was Hindu.. since he had no knowledge about Mehdi (AS). Since Mehdi won't need to go to listen a lecture by some scholar and then stand in a queue for Q&A session and then declare himself in such disgraceful manner.

Rather he will be recognised by people during tawwaf in masjid-e-haram.
As far as, this disgusting and idiot creature is concerned, he has earned a permanent abode in the hellfire and no Muslim should pray for him since no amount of prayers will help him rather if anyone who prays for him may also loose faith and join him.

Yes Brother, Imam Al Mahdi will be around the Ka'ba doing tawwaf when someone will recognize him and force Him(Al Mahdi) to take their pledge and he will be hesitant, which means that even he won't know he is the Mahdi until that time. I read a Hadith where Nabi Pak S.A.W said that Allah will Guide the Mahdi "overnight"

It depends where you are (neighbourhood, town, city, rural etc). Over here, everyone locks their doors pretty much for the most part for most of the year, esp if you are leaving the house.

Many leave it open during summer daytime when more people are visiting/leaving than usual, or you having BBQ etc so its more convenient. This phenomenon extends to many places in the US as well.

Of course Michael Moore picked the right neighbourhood, right time and right editing and extrapolated his propaganda as usual. I quite enjoyed that documentary many many years ago when I was younger and less wise, but now I see right through it nowadays. He is a good story teller, I must hand that to him.

I do still appreciate Marilyn Manson answering that question "what would you say to them (the school killers) if you could?".....manson: "nothing, i would listen to what they have to say....which no one did".
