well if the box closed then the last wheel will go opposite around at given arrow direction but if the box is opened nothing will happen because the rope will be just lose which will not lead opposite direction force

Gear and pulley arrangement itself are faulty. Gears here are rigid, and the last rope is not connected to the pulley at all.
