1- Used in mandible replacement because it's leaner and some advantages of blood supply.

2-In fracture neck of femur a bone of upper leg.When the bone's neck is shattered to pieces.Also called a comminuted fracture of femur.

buss fibula ke fracture or repair mein aik khiyal rakhte hein agar fracture mein fibula ka proximal(upper) part involve ho to iss mein common peroneal nerve damage ho gate hee.jiss sae leg mein sensations khatam ho gate hein.Aksar esa motorcycle accidents mein hota hae.
