Write....I guess

You cannot write fluent English if you are not fluent speaking it.

To be honest its not even fluency.

Personally its the difference in schooling.

I'm not being elitist here. There been a deluge of vernaculars from both sides.

Cheers, Doc

There was a lot of uncertainty in the old days because people in general were not so clued on about the happening in the world and especially in relation to Pakistan. Today however people are clued on very well about situation.

Well not everyone is a slow learner like you :D I was just a lurker here and preferred to engage with those who i disagree with on facebook that is until certain relatives joined it and started liking my abusive comments
I was a graduate at 20 and a master at 22. My first job in the private sector started aged 18 that ranged from pizza delivery guy to a front developer at a software house and I also topped the exam for a government post aged 23 and at age 26(next year) my case for promotion to the seat of gazetted government officer will get approved on seniority and qualification base.
Just because your life was an utter joke doesnot mean all of us are failures :D

You teach young kids in some village school. This is what you yourself admitted here once, so don't try to present your resume/cv to me. On the other hand you have no clue what I do for work.
