I want to discuss what should be the activities of Imran Khan himself.
Should he issue instructions to his ministers, or micro manage state institutes, take charge of appointments etc. or should he have some thing different to work upon... and what should be that something important and urgent?
So far he only have charge of two ministries, interior and water an power. As he's into reforming police service I think it's a fair deal. And at the end of the day he'll also have to take complete responsibility for that. What's wrong with it?

I personally want to know about the daily work report from Imran Khan and his ministers... if not daily than surely on weekly basis.
Like we all saw him riding Mercedes surrounded by protocol entourage. I want to know where he went and why. I want to analyse if that particular task required a visit and how much expenses were incurred on that trip. Fir me it's not enough that while travelling around, he's spending buck less than Nawaz Sharif, i want to know if he's spending state resources intelligently.
Here you go :-)

I confirm nothing wrong with it.... only issue is that i don't believe any reforms in existing system would be long term solution.
As far police is concerned, IMO it should be privatized because it is source of corruption in state of Pakistan and yes having absolute power is also corruption.

PTI is good in social media activism, i have seen how lately Salim Safi (CIA agent IMO) paid dearly for saying something not aligned with PTI.
Last time they did the same to Ayesha Gulalai.
What about changing the law of becoming 3 times PM? Is it on agenda?

No 1 priority should be the destruction of the old guard so that even after Imran Khan the system has enough anti biotics to deal with them
Relations with india should be his priority.

Relations with india should be his priority.

I think he is doing exactly what you need, but i failed to understand why is that his priority and why should he micromanage his foreign ministry like a worst dictator?
And what does India expect from him under the pretext of RELATIONS?

Sure, I don't expect him to change every thing in one day... i want to know his plans which he should have in public before elections... i'm sad to say that our voters remain that sheep which worship personalities, instead of asking for details of agenda and don't like ot discuss when the first thing new ruler does was never in his agenda before elections.
Meanwhile, IK has made announcements of reducing his protocol from 40 to 7 cars.... and restricting his travel to UK to business class, changes like this (if they are) we can discuss immediately.
No reason there to get angry other than that i'm not from their tribe.

Fully agree... but IMO it's difficult task.
Every single bureaucrat of Pakistan is corrupt and has laundered huge sums abroad.
How are you going to take action against thousands of Blue passport holders and probably now Canadians and Australians on investment grounds?

In past Asif Ali Zardari did huge corruptions, specially in construction projects, but i don't expect IK to touch Zardari, who is protected by MI5.

I would envy IK if he launch inquiry into Islamabad Airport Construction and murder of customs officer who caught Ayan Ali.
i am hopeful Asif zardari will pay for his crime soon insha Allah!

Imran Khan needs to make National Sports Council of Pakistan which is run by sports professionals to improve sports in our country. Under this council all sports boards can operate independently.

Pakistan Cricket Board
Pakistan Hockey Board
Pakistan Kabadi Board
Pakistan Volley Board
Pakistan Football Board
Etc etc

The National Sports council Pakistan can get funds for the sports board. Make plan to share the grounds. Get coverage on PTV Channel. Rather than every board for themselves this way a united board can work to better sports in Pakistan.

A similar method was implemented regarding the security problems. Before we had civilian government doing their own things, military own, police own. Now they made NACTA and all institutes chair a meeting and discuss ways to improve the security.

I would strongly suggest (they may already exist)

National Health Board Pakistan
National Tourism Board Pakistan
National Education Board Pakistan
Etc etc
Then make sub boards to bring it to the ground level

Only one thing comes to mind, warlords!

Good... at least you are focusing on what i say and commenting about it not about me!

I spoke about police because you brought it in discussion.
There's lots of work which police can carry out without weapons, simply by implementing simple controls at local level.
Example by assigning retired soldiers to police duty at their respective regions as police head constables, can saving millions in training and grooming.
Details about operations to turn police into a profitable industry can be always be discussed, if some one is interested to learn.

At the moment police is used to become most authoritative and drive fear out of subordinates, opponents, and even worst to victimized them.
I'm not saying IK is doing it, but by keeping interior ministry by himself he has all the potential of getting blamed for it. He should be careful there!!!!

If relations with India remains normal 90 percent of Pakistan's problems will disappear.

Quite correct... what IK need to do is to develop professional bodies as councils above the institutions, to add democratic touch to the relevant institution and make sure the institute is not getting lethargic and too much bureaucratic.

IMO, first priority should be to restore national security council.
Members of national security council should be retired generals. This way we can save the waste of resources, which happens, whenever a General is retired.
