Ji, dekho. Dhoop me zyada piro ge, toh baal jo he woh bleach ho ja te. It's called 'sun bleach'. It's happened to me a lot. I am from the area or at least from Bahawalpur. It can happen with anyone depending on If they are out in the sun or not.

It could be .. but then i have seen natural too without being attacked by malnjutrition or sun burn .
So , diversity lies in every area and it happenes to be here too ..
But anyway , im not interested in arguing on blonde hair , i posted it as it happenes to be in my side too , black looks more precious on children .

You are right. Very few, but they are there. Even though South Punjab has the hottest sun and people are thought to be very dark and tan, there are people that are very fair skinned even in the boiling sun.
