I will leave the thread. My apologies.

People from the Middle East look the most similar to white Europeans. Which makes sense considering the geography.

Look at people from Lebanon, or leaders like Assad (picture from Wikipedia):

He looks like an old British guy.

In fact Whites, Middle Easterners and Black people are all pretty close in genetic terms, which again makes sense considering they are geographically close to each other. East Asians and Native Americans are the most distant, in geographical and genetic terms.

You do realize that we have a good amount of Pakistanis that have EA genes, albeit not Chinese. We have a good amount of Hazaras(Mongol) in our country. Also in our North our Balti people are pretty much Tibetan.

We have plenty of East Asian diversity in Pakistan.

I bet I have more of a chance of not having South Asian ancestry compared to you or any of your family members, but at the end of the day who will you claim?

My grandparents and parents don't look Indian at all, but I never claim to be anything other than Pakistani.

Here is me from late 80's:

Still, I always just considered myself Punjabi. Very few of my family members have typical Indian features, but we still consider ourselves as Punjabi/Pakistani/South Asian.

On serious note most Arabs are also from Yemen as well. Some Lebanon's etc are of French origins due

Arabs are originally SEMITES (same as Jews).

After the flood of Noah (Hazrat Nooh - PBUH), his three surviving sons descended from mount JUDI (SAAM, HAAM and YAFIS) and went to three different parts of the world.

Descendants of SAAM are Semites (Arabs and Jews).
Descendants of HAAM are all China and far east.
Descendants of YAAFIS are - largely - Europeans.

Modern day Arabs are of Yemeni origin for two reasons:
1). Hazrat Ismail - PBUH was married in a Yemeni tribe called JURHUM. This tribe was travelling towards Syria and saw the birds flying in the sky in desert. This was the sign for water. They followed where birds were flying and reached the well of ZamZam - where Hazrat bibi Hajrah was with her son - Ismail PBUH.

2). The other connection of modern day Arabs with Yemen is from the Arabs of Medinah. A nation (saba) used to live in Yemen and was destroyed by ALLAH due to their disobedience. Two tribes from this nation travelled and stationed themselves in YASRIB (now later known as Madinah). These two tribes (Aws and Khazraj) accepted Islam with the teachings of Prophet PBUH.

I don't know the answer to the original question, but what you will defintely experience in this topic is racism.

I guess the North African-Middle East region are Arabs, Turks, Kurds, Persians, Azerbaijanis, Lurs, Mazandaranis, Baloch, Turkmen.

How do you define Middle East?

.
I dont know but it isnt south asian as my all family has different features than the south asian features.

.
People from your Jafarabad generally resemble Sindhis in looks due to proximity with Sindh. But ofcourse exceptions are there. Balochis and Sindhis in those tracts are quite overlapped
