What happened to the Kashmir Section ?

its not T. Its Stan = Country/Land/Place and also referred to Balochistan in this case

P = Punjab
A = Afghania
K = Kashmir
S = Sindh
Tan or Stan = Balochistan

I hope this defination was coined after 1971, other wise where is East Bengal in it? And how come you include Afghanistan in pakistan?

No this definition later became the vision of Pakistan. That was during 1930s...

Afghania is not Afghanistan but NWFP that was supposed to be renamed as Afghania but instead we now know as Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

East Bengal was never envisioned to become part of Pakistan until late 1940s so when this term Pakistan was introduced, East Pakistan or Bengal was never part of it

It is not Afghanistan. The former NWFP or present Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa was historically called as Afghania. So A in Pakistan is for Afghania which means present province of Khyber Pukhtoonkwa of Pakistan.
