Maybe Af and Pak. But when dissecting this phenomenon one will also have to consider cultural and historic background. I wont club Iraq in the same league. Only thing linking Iraq and Afghanistan is the american Angle. Culturally Pakistan has had a very progressive and moderate past (Before Zia) when compared to Iraq.

When can we back date this suicide culture world over? ... i know LTTE started this, is'nt it?

Most of them are misled by bad ideologies or wrong interpretation of good ideologies (ironically majority of these suicide bombers are Islamic which means peace).They are offered heaven in the afterlife if they could fulfill the killing of innocents. They give it the name of JIHAD. It is more than enough motivation to kill himself and thousand others. No drug works better than this.

if we adict them to drugs, it will increase more illegal activities. so it is best to speed up the justice and convict them in islamic courts. send them in jail for a long tiem, that is one of the best solutions to the captured killers. as per the free ones, arrest them, and if you cant then kill them, as they want to be dead anyways.
