Overall, under Musharraf's regime, Pakistan's rating improved by 30 places

Musharraf deserves a second chance, heck I'd have my dog running Pakistan than Zardari.

Well during my student Life, I faced both Mushi's and Zardari's tenure. In my own opinion country was in a much better state during Musharaf's tenure. Atleast we had more education oppurtunities, jobs security and controlled prices of consumeable items. Now look where we stand? No funds for HEC, No funds for RnD, no funds for development projects and the list goes on...
