Musharraf Period Saw Rapid Economic and Human Development in Pakistan

Installed capacity and generated power are two different things.
Agreed.. But when there is load shedding going, the generation should be close to 100% of the installed capacity.
Also, the number for Pakistans electrical power consumption seems to be way too low for an economy & population of its size

And then he gave NRO with agreements with US and British after dry cleaning Benazir and Zardari.

so after doing all good, he threw the country to the dogs!

Not really. Generation may not happen due to various factors. Transmission, fuel availability, economic feasibility etc etc....

During Musharaf's tenuare Pakistan need 10-12000 MW and it had an installed capacity of 20,000MW. Power plant reshma which was inaugurated by PPP was initiated in his times. Even today Pakistan has more installed capacity of power generation then its requirement. It needs 16-18000MW and you can calculate how much is the installed capacity. It is PPP and then PMLN which has increased circular debt to irrecoverable levels.

As far as I am aware Pakistan had around 19 Gigawatt of installed capacity by 2008 and a further 4.5 Gigawatt was installed by 2013.

Pakistan needs around 700 Gigawatt if it is to be a truly developed nation.

Circular debt came about due to General (retired) Pervez Musharraf's subsidy programs to justify the perverted military-rule.

what is the difference between 19000MW and 19 GWs? and 700 GWs are we talking about USA or some such country or many be combination of more than one country. Pakistan has a short fall of 4-6000MW, that too not because of its capacity but under production.

1,000 Megawatts is equal to 1 Gigawatt.

As Pakistan is the 6th most populous country in the world, it's installed capacity, production and consumption need also to be the 6th in the world. However, it's around 30 something.

Here's a helpful graph from 2010 on this website to give you an idea.
Countries with highest installed power capacity | The Shift Project Data Portal

All successive Pakistani Governments can only install between 1-2 Gigawatts a year, which is way way too low for a country of 183 million people.

Have a look at the tables on Wikipedia for information such as Electricity by Country, etc.

Germany has more Solar Power installed in the country than all of Pakistan's current total installed capacity.

This is what I exactly said that what is the difference between 19000MW and 19GW. In my earlier post also I mentioned 20,000MW i.e. 20GW. Exact figure is 21.6GW. Pakistan has a short fall of 4-6Gigs. neither of the figures come anywhere close to 700GW which you mentioned.

Interesting Chart, from 1999 to 2001 Musharraf oversaw a recession.

Its only after 2001 when he assisted the Americans and received aid did the economic recovery take place.

Lat two years of his presidency again saw a recession worse tha previous one.. So out of 9 years of dictatorship he managed 5 years growth vs 4 years stagnation. Impressive growth? maybe by Pakistans standard, but nothing worthwhile otherwise about it.

Although Pakistan's 14 million BTUs per capita energy use is ahead of Bangladesh's 6 million BTUs and Sri Lanka's 10 million BTUs, it is less than India's 18 million BTUs, and far behind China's 68 million BTUs and Malaysia's 97 million BTUs.

Energy consumption in this day and age generally indicates a nation's level of industrialization, productivity and standards of living. Going by this yardstick, Pakistan's 14 million BTUs per capita consumption in 2009 indicates that the country has a long way to go to achieve levels comparable with the world average productivity signified by 71 million BTUs per capita as estimated by US Energy Information Administration for 2009.

Do you even know what a recession is? It's contraction of GDP which Pakistan has never ever had in its entire history.
