To be honest we pakistanis dont care who is in power in bangladesh or who is more popular there as we aren't competing with india there like afghanistan. However if i had to choose then khaleda zia is a much better leader according to me as a pakistani. It was duringg BNP govt that relationa between bangladesh and pakistan improved. Also she is not a puppet of india unlike hasina who wants to please india even over national interests

in 1971 the ilks of Zia were used by far leftist Indian agents, the Tajuddins, Tufails, Sultana/Sufia Kamals, Hasan ul Haq's and all the other Agartala/communist types. even Sheikh Mujib cannot be said to be a part of this group but was groomed and used by them to further their anti-theistic ideological goals at the price of sacrificing hapless East Pakistani people. similarly, Sheikh Hasina is a mask put on something far more bizarre and dark than what general Bangladeshis are ready for.
