I wud agree with the tourist. but he dint understand that India is the vastest base of diversity in the world. U will see different cultures and traditions every 200 kms. What he is saying is about the AGHORI babas and frankly they are the most wierdest speicies alongwith some ancient tribes (Read Cannabalism Holocaust movie). Hell, even a local India wud be **** scared of such people, no matter which part of India he comes from.
