Keeping in mind that human brain is like a sponge until puberty, the most critical development education must be before reaching this age.
1. Demolish the current 'staff and consumers for industrialists' schooling system ... throw this western (prussian) shit in the bin, it is mass producing dumbos
2. From Age 4 to Age 13 (10 years): Strong focus on 4 languages namely Urdu, Quranic Arabic (along with Quran), English and Cantonese. Add maths early and basic introduction to other subjects from age 9 onwards (as part of language development). This is the age to develop Wisdom and Critical Thinking with mastering of languages.
3. Survival and entrepreneurial skills taught from Age 4 to Age 13.
4. Age 13 to Age 15: In-depth introduction to other subjects (sciences, business, finance etc)
5. 5 hours school daily to Age 13, then 6 hours to Age 15, then 7 hours to Age 20
6. High quality teachers and excellent mentors are a must to direct the child to the field where he/she would excel and has strong interest in. Nurturing of an individual should be a priority. No marks/grades sytem crap.
7. Age 15-20: Whichever field the child wants to specialise in, that should be their main taught subject for the next 6 years of study. This would include practical experience as well.
8. Age 20 is when the formal education stops. Up to masters and many professional qualifications in most fields can be achieved easily by this age and within 6 years of focus study.
It is radical but that's what I would do and that's what we need to.
