What changes do you want in our education system ?

I wanted to have an insight of the changes that public needed in educational system.
A thread on pdf isnt going to change the systems we know but it gives us a lots of insight ali haider ( i cant stop writing your name at the end , i really like this name )

Let's start with the basics: how to get all school-going kids into school. Right now, Pakistan has millions upon millions of children who simply do not have any access to any education, let alone what type of education. Anything else must come after such a basic step.

O level and A level are being taught by teachers who did matric and FSC. Most schools are run by mafias who can afford to hire Teachers who grew up in O level and A level but instead hire matric,fsc teachers to save money and those guys have no clue how to teach properly.Most kids are a victim of this scheme they end up learning from private academies and when they do score high the school that did nothing takes all the credit.

Your point is fair but lets enrich those millions of students too who have access to education , to get them the right and perfect guidance so they dont have to bear difficulties and can prove to be exemplary to other people .
If we give them the right guidance then theres no doubt in future they will be the one gifting education to the deprived ones .
U and I are educated , we know whats missing in this path and we want these flaws to go away .

Ye 33% wali bat zulm ha students pe .

In B.s programs the passing marks are 50 out of 100. Yet 90%+ students pass their subjects. It depend on the bar you set.

Yes, good point, but when allocating already scarce resources, do you want to spend more on those who already have access to improve their education and not give those who have no access at all at fighting chance as well? It has to be a combination, of course, but the emphasis must lie with universal availability first. Pakistan's education pyramid already is skewed in that it spends far more on higher education per capita than on basic education per capita.

It depends on economy. Right now our economy can not support those 'millions' childrens on the streets or have no access to edu. For time being, we can improve.the standard of education for those who 'in whatever form but still' have access to education system.

First and foremost: GENDER DE-SEGREGATION

How can we expect to have a harmonious society when you raise half the population to be scared of the other half.
It really makes me crazy when I see gender segregation being pushed.
And for all the people who are afraid that kids will start to get too "friendly"
well here is news for you, they already do

second would be no religious education.
not because I am against religion, but because there are a million versions of even the same religion. Let the parents choose which version of their religion they want their kids to be by teaching it themselves. And let the schools do their job by providing a secular education


Finally, inquiry based teaching. Not wrote memorizing.
We have computers that will memorize a billion times more than you. We need people who can actually use their brains.

Less budget, favoritism on higher edu etc are just bluffs of the corrupt leadership . Nothing else.

I have very few to say, abolish all system and introduce one education for all only from Govt schools no private school / UNI should be allowed, change examination system and let pupils get promoted on the basis of creativity and knowledge not RATTA.

For any changes suggested, it would be appropriate to also mention their financial impact and how the resources required would be mobilized. Without the necessary resources, any beneficial changes have no hope of being implemented.

Please realize that education is much of a basic right as food in the 21st century.

Public is the power , its democrazy .
To force leadership giving a better educational system , public need to be aware. If they dont have awareness how can u expect leadership to be working.
We are some sheeps and cattles ruled by some donkeys. We allowed them rule us.
