it is a good work horse without any doubt but for a medium budget military force, it is a case of first things first.

for the time being PA seem contended with Mi-17, we are getting the old one over hauled by US and getting additional units from them as well. this for me is the right idea.

for time being the army priority list may be looking as
SAM system
Attack Helicopter
Al-Khalid II
Infantary fighting vehicle

well this is my personal priority list i hope Pakistan Army would come up with something better analyzed and calculated then this one..
