Koshar isnt spoken in this side of kashmir nor even in valley thats the thing for someone who is aware of demography is Kashmir....The official Language of AJK is Pahari which is declared by government of AJK. The indian puppet government of Kashmir (if it did official call this as official language of entire valley) is obviously giving the preference of Laddakis and leh area where its maintly spoken by majority. This isnt the case in other parts... Koshar is definitely is a Kashmiri language but isnt a mainstream one. There are other languages spoken in valley in greater numbers in number of languages as well as number of people who speak them.

Now like i said only a kashmiri or a person familiar with kashmir's demography knows that.
