People in Pakistan do use fair and lovely. But indians are much more obsessed about skin colour than Pakistanis are. That's just a fact.

Seriously, you haven't seen your fellow country men abusing Indians as being dark and hence ugly. If that is the worst thing they could find about Indians, it shows a lot about their psyche.
