A dedicated space command or essentially a ballistic missile division?

Lets hope that they don’t now restrict the Army from operating anything ballistic like they idiotically let the airforce keep the air turf and not let the army operate tactical helicopters.

Instead of building a rocket force, India should first focus on improving its maintenance practices for existing equipment, especially its helicopters.
