sorry to say but they played a lot better cricket den us.they have beaten us.look at their game against India.were almost there to beat India.I see no reason to disagree with the above statement.

How they have played better than us when they are at bottom without winning a single match. Why just looking at one practice game? Just tell me when they won against Pakistan last time..any recent stats to back your claim that they are better than us? Ireland also beat England few times but just wining some random match dont make you top team

Afghanistan is better than Pakistan: Afghan cricket CEO

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Asadullah Khan has claimed that Afghanistan is currently better than Pakistan in all aspects of cricket.

According to a senior sports journalist Ibrahim Momand, Asadullah in a recent television interview said that Pakistan should seek Afghanistan’s help to improve their cricket.

"We are currently far better than Pakistan in cricket & they should ask us for technical, coaching & more support for the betterment of their cricket," Asadullah is reported to have said.

Earlier this year, the acting CEO expressed his wish of regular cricket between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

“I played my initial cricket in Pakistan and acknowledge the overwhelming support of the neighbouring country”, he said. “Formal discussion on bilateral cricket is the domain of the ACB chief. I hope that both boards would find way for cricket ties resumption.”

Afghanistan recently beat the Men in Green by three wickets in a 2019 International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup warm-up match at Bristol.

The Naib-led side is currently languishing at the bottom of the table after losing all of their five matches so far in the mega event.

The Men in Green will take on Afghanistan on Saturday, June 29 at Headingly, Leeds.

Who cares what an afghan says or does? They are the most inferior, worthless and useless people and nation on planet earth. The reality is that afghans are savages always begging to come and live in Pakistan.

Well practice game dont matter and praise them after actual match if they manage to beat us and secondly it was India who did not bat well against them otherwise look how England smashed their bowlers and scored close to 400 and its same England team which was defeated by Pakistan and Sri Lanka. yea Afghan restricted India to 225 but what the point if you could not even chase this small total..any other team would have chased this easily

Everyone is talking about in the end of Afghan innings, timeout break when Afghanistan needed only 25 runs to win, messages were passed to M Nabi batsman to loose match.

A lot of buzz which needs to be investigated - ----- that Hearing this new India vs Afghanistan match was Fixed: Afghanistan intentionally lost a winning match in the end:

Not taking anything away from M. Shami hat-trick.......but Where is ICC world cricketing body taking notice of this type of fixing?

Afghanistan already lost the match before Shami's last over hattrick. The match was done and dusted by the time world's best fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah nailed 6 consecutive yorkers giving away just 5 runs, leaving Shami with 16 runs to defend.

Don't know why someone would go on to nail those yorkers when the match was allegedly fixed.
