Both the F 16 and S 400 can be shut down from outside.

Italian and French navies have superior technological capabilities. The thing is that combined the Egyptian and Greek navy could easily destroy the Turkish fleet. Alone Egypt can still do it I believe.

However,don't listen to the wanker above,the Egyptians could do it themselves too. And the Egyptians are closer than the Italians and have F-16s,Rafales,Su-35s and Mig-29s.

Many of the Turkish ships are old like ours and the majority of their fast attack craft are very low quality,only carrying two anti-ship missiles and no AA weapons.
