recently a lot of reports say that the most formidable weapon China has is water,China is in the control of the water tap of Asia,and water resource in the future will be much more valuable than oil and the lifeline of every nation.so if China turn off the water tap,all the countries south of China will be dying out of thirst.

India has been stealing water from rivers flowing into Pakistan for two decades now. So it is good to know that they are getting some of their own medicine. Like they say, what goes around comes around.

LOL China can do jack regarding our water. By the grace of Lord Shiva none of the rivers we depend upon originate in lands controlled by the Chinese.

Yeah i can hear you screaming what about Brahmaputra - the only country that depends upon Brahmaputra for its survival is Bangladesh and not India. Our North East trough which Brahmaputra flows through is blessed with abundant local water resources that the damming of Brahmaputra will not cause any dire consequences for us.

China also plans a dam in Tibet on the Yarlung Zangbo, the highest major river in the world, which flows into India as the Brahmaputra.

The project to block and divert the River Brahmaputra is to give additional water to flush the rapidly silting Three Gorges Dam and provide water to the parched northeast. The net consequence on India will be a manmade disaster. If 50 percent of the river’s water, which flows through the center of India’s northeastern state of Assam, is taken out, the river will become a seasonal ditch. One hundred million souls in India will lose their livelihood.
