For those who dont understand what is being said , the man being hit is being accused of stopping the child ( of the man to the left ) from doing something on the road ( what exactly was he stopped from is not said ) and that he gave verbal abuse ( gali ) to the child of the fellow who is sitting and hitting him , the fellow being hit is saying that he didn't say anything to the kid or stop him and did not give verbal abuse
