I dont know about pakistan but India government is about to spend 6billion USD on forest alone. Thats huge considering us developing countries.This glacier melting phenomenon is baffling everyone as while Glaciers in Antartics are melting, the one in Karakoram had been expanding myteriously.

O man. May God have mercy upon us all. As per reports water trains are being dispatched to Rajasthan. Is this shortage of water because of less last monsoon rains?
