Very sad news, she was brought in critical position there is still doubt about the actual cause of her death. May her soul rest in peace. Few months ago Aussie crickter Glenn McGrath's wife also died of cancer at the same age of 42.

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Sunday expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the death of wife of cricketer Wasim Akram. Huma Wasim who was admitted in a hospital in Chennai, India, while on way to Singapore for treatment, breathed her last Sunday morning, due to multi-organ failure. In a message to the family prime minister Gilani prayed to Almight Allah to bless the departed soul and for courage to the family to bear their loss with equanimity.

Huma Waseem body arrives in Lahore

LAHORE: The death body of Huma Waseem, the deceased wife of Waseem Akram, has been brought here in Lahore from Chennai, India on a special plane late on Sunday night, Geo news reported.

According to sources, Waseem Akram, his brother and sister Madiha are along dead body.

It may be mentioned Huma Waseem died of multi-organs failure on Sunday morning at an Apollo Hospital in Chennai, the city of India, Indian media reported.
