Out of 155 People " Evaluated " by United states from other Countries , 55 are from India for 2013 , it has been going for a while Now , While India has been termed has strategic Partner by US But still Indians surprisingly have been Evaluated in Past without Indian Government knowing about it or caring about it and Many Moles of R&AW are living a nicce lives in US and India also tops list of countries most spied on by NSA .

GOI has been looking other way for a long time now and NSA has free run in India . I am disgusted how our Government is not talking about NSA spying on Indian citizens and have literally given Americans free hand to spy on its Indian citizens .

Does not mean they do not exist. I am sure CIA has their plans for India and are working on it. Last I heard (courtesy wikileaks) they had a massive eavesdropping operations going on in India and Rabinder Singh is still in the US.

Conspiracy theory. Nuff said.

Truth is she probably did violate their local laws and probably did also deserve to be prosecuted. The only issues were that there was no need for a strip search and no need to be kept with common criminals. That is where US went wrong. Apart from that of course getting the maid's family to escape to US when there was a case pending against them in India.
