You put 250 JF-17 in air will 10 F-35 be able to dominate the skies? After 4 AAM those F 35 will need to run. F 35 is a force multiplier but with 4 AAM only 4x and some AAM will be evaded so lets make it 3x that means 30 JF 17 will be lost and 10 F 35 will be lost. Now please calculate the cost here. How many billions each country has suffered and the JF 17 side will not reach whole 1 billion but F 35 side will cross 6 billion in damages.

Agreed, But F-35 has a very limited pay load. That will always give traditional jets an edge. The idea of 10X force multiplier will remain a dream but they might achieve 3x.

You're mixing things.first,no country will field their pilots for this kind of onslaught. Second,2nd world war style mass attack strategy is long gone.third,you've no idea what a 5 th gen fighter is capable of.Only few days ago,I've seen a video where USA is proposing a new idea in air warfare. f35 will spearhead any air warfare,will exhaust it's missiles and still be able to target any incoming fighter,but only later part,bomb trucks like b1 lancer or b52 carrying dozens of AAMs will carry the missile and F35 will pass the target via secure datalink.

USAF isn't blind to invest massive amount of money on F35 without any tangible benefits.

That is where the role of J-20 comes in. J-20 will take out those early warning systems. Air refueling systems. and the so called bomb trucks.

The size shape and configuration of J-20 makes it fast long ranged and long distanced AAM carrier. I would agree with you that it is meant for SCS battle field.

you beleive this third rates site its your choice you are denial mode man with current engine it is way way better than your best air superiority jets and with a planned WS-15 it will compete with F-22, F35 and PAKFA
