It also shows that indian Army is getting over whelmed by COVID19 , the regular wards in Leh Military Hospital are filled to the brim with indian Army personnel who have COVID19 , so for the staging they could not use any regular ward instead used a conference room

The clown shitin bippin also did tour of this same conference room ward for photo op.

Another point , since Leh Military hospital is already overflowing due to COVID19 and the thrashing that Chinese gave them, then india may not be in a position to do any large scale military op in Laddakh as currently they don't have capacity to treat the injured soldiers that will start piling up if hostilities escalate
