Was 2015 good or bad for you/your country ?

As 4 French out of 5,i consider that 2015 was a very bad year for our country.(For multiple reasons)

Personally,2015 was a very good year for me (if we exclude the taxes and the other similar sh*ts lol),as life gave me a new baby girl. (After 3 boys ! Think we will stop here eh,because i'm near a point where it is better to throw yourself out of the window,or to disappear in a forest,lol. ! )

i think 7 out of 10.
several success like proactive foreign policy, relatively calm and peaceful atmosphere, several good decision on economic front were highlights.
however lot of time being wasted by upper house of parliament, several key bills like GST and LAAB not moving through were negatives.
Make in India initiative moved ahead with two locomotive plants coming up (with French & US assistance), infrastructure sector finally getting attention it deserves and ease of doing business were also positives.
Hopefully we will see accelerated growth this year too.

I have a two year old daughter and can therefore tell you, there is no bigger gift from God to a man than being Father of a girl.

For my country its between 6 and 7.. Huge chances of making changes but political system does nt permit normal working of our parliament with protests which are aimed at silly reasons mostly. The result is that we have not been able to implement and pass strategic bills for the benefit of our nation especially in upper house where the GOI NDA is actually in minority. So its a long struggling year for no good reasons.

For France more than good it was a very bad year in my personal honest opinion. Paris attacks, Charlie hebdo incident, mistral decision were few of the chief ones which I thought had hurt French people and vital interests.. But France is a strong minded country.. So I see them come back very strongly especially against terror.

@FrenchPilot congrats for fatherhood.. A girl child will definitely make ur heart more warm..
Let's work in a way where in the future our children don't get to see days like what we have seen and hope we create a brighter future for them to live on..
