India wanting a strong Pakistan is a joke, because a strong Pakistan will have a bigger military budget, India lying through their teeth to not look like the agressors, even though they are!!!

Actually, if Pakistan was strong and economically prosperous, then Pakistan would not feel like engaging in nuclear warfare at the drop of the hat. That is why India wants a prosperous Pakistan, so that if there's war you should have something to lose too.
