I currently work on my paper to finish my traineeship at an italian airline. I plan to bring some opinions from customers into it and would like to publish the questions here so i can get some other "cultural input". I used my friends and family as peer group but all are italian and i would like to have a wider field of cultural based opinions.

Its 15 questions. The first 4 narrow the field and the last 11 lead towards the target. It would be nice if i could get up to 20 answers here that are not italian

No I wouldn't. I actually like in-flight services, which include catering. I couldn't imagine a journey without catering.

I usually prefer checking in in-person. This way errors and mix-ups are avoided.

Yes I usually prefer the window seat, or the very back row, or very front. This way I avoid the congestion of the middle rows.

I do pay attention to such detail, but then again what class you book usually indicates how good detail is.

Phone for sure. Email can have a time-lag, which during travel can be a disaster.

Visible if possible. This helps with identification and studies prove that a real face helps build empathy.

I'd say somewhat. I do care about the environment.

Absolutely, you fly the flag, make sure you push the best of that nation. I love culture, I don't want to see lots of homogenous airlines.

I like paperless tickets. This is the modern age and paper has had its time. Paper can get lost, damaged etc. Paperless can't and you have a copy always available.

No, I prefer airpots close to the destination of stay. I often find that logistical costs of travel from remote airports often offset any saving you make by flying to a remote destination.

The government does that for me. I don't even get to pick the day.
