Waiting for the day Kashmir joins Pakistan: Nawaz Sharif

MUZAFFARABAD (PAKISTAN): "We are waiting for the day (when) Kashmirbecomes (a part of) PAKISTAN," Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Friday.

Sharif was addressing a public gathering on the occasion of his Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's win in the "Azad Jammu and Kashmir" assembly election on Thursday.

In his first public address following an open heart surgery earlier this year, Sharif urged Kashmiris "not to forget those in (Indian) held Kashmir who are sacrificing their lives for freedom".

The PML-N is set to form the next government in Pakistani Kashmir, whose official name is "Azad Jammu and Kashmir".

New Delhi accuses Islamabad of arming and training militants fighting to secede Jammu and Kashmir from India. Pakistan says it only provides moral and diplomatic backing to the separatist campaign.

Not in the life time of most members here buddy . no matter what the rhetoric , one has to face facts , no way will India give up Kashmir. You cant take it by force , best is to make the LOC into the IB.

Anyway let me give you the flip flops of Pakistan on Kashmir since 1947

Zulifkar Bhutto gave up UN resolution in exchange for 90000 POW in Shimla agreement.

Musharaf four point formula clearly envisaged no exchange of terrorary.

Nawaz Shariff totally forget to mention Kashmir in Ufa agreement.

Pakistan has no locus standi on Kashmir, you blurt out what is best in that situation.
