Vivekananda International Foundation calling the shots in Defence Ministry?

yup.VIF is supported by RSS indirectly.Make no mistake,VIF is a force to reckon with and I would aptly term it as India's Illuminati.

Think about it..Let your brains come out of the deep slumber :-)

Is it true that VI is supported/sponsored by the RSS???

Not that I have any problem with that, am a proud supporter of RSS myself and feel that both RSS and VI are necessary for tha nation.

That's what they say. The ideology is same for both.

Personally, I and my folks have no problems with this ideology. We welcome it as well.

Don't know about sponsoring.

Someone said Doval is No. 2 in Modi government not Rajnath/Sushma/Jaitley.. I almost believe him.
If VIF is calling shots in MoD, I am pretty sure armed forces will have best 5 years in Independent India.

Doval may be No.2 when it comes to matters relating to defence and national security, otherwise in the other cases(finance, dealing with MPs....etc) it must be Arun Jaitley.

Check the paragraph below. It seems RSS had a role in it's formation.

I think RSS does sponsor/fund VI, but deals with it outside the public/media glare.
From Vivekananda to PMO stars: Meet Modi's favourite think tank - Firstpost

"In its website, the organisation, located in Delhi's diplomatic enclave of Chanakyapuri, describes itself as an independent, non-partisan institution, but it is a project of the Vivekanada Kendra, an organisation set up by RSS idealogue Eknath Ranade. At the foyer of VIF hangs a portrait of Ranade, Business Standard reports.

With such accomplished figures, I think it is safe to say that India is in good hands.

If nothing else, how often in the past have we had the chance to say that?

An impressive bunch indeed. So LutyensSpice has a problem with people of such caliber?

Lutyens Delhi has a problem with anyone who is thinking in favour of India, Indian people or anything to do with Indian culture.

They prefer a setup where India continues to be patronized by ever-developed west, where we are the 'Gandhian' state subservient to some expansionist countries, where we have the outward image of a peacenik while these 'liberals' rip Indian wealth off and use diversity as a means to continue the colonial policy of 'Divide and Conquer'.
