China has not proposed dividing the 9 dotted map area w/ any other country. Its position has been that it owns all of it.
I have a solution. VN jointly develop with Russia & the the Philippines jointly develop them w/ the US. And all four countries laugh at China all the way to the bank.

but China is still so greedy. China should stop stealing her neighbor's natural resources.

My personal opinion though is this issue escalated to this height because of the Chinese's passion and pride for what
they believe is their own. Their government has been telling them since they are young in schools that those areas are theirs and maybe they cannot accept that a small country is standing up to them because they are wrong.
