Laos is always one of reliable friends of Vietnam's. We do not have any problems with them.

China must play a delicate game of creating dissensions between the US, Japan, South Korea and all the other smaller Asian nations, of whom combined into a military alliance with full US support, WILL be able to contain an aggressive China.
