Come on man, how can you compare China with Vietnam. ? They are in different leagues. Compare your country with countries of your size /caliber like so. Korea, west, Japan , U. S etc(which China still lag behind overall) . I'm sure you are doing that just to make Vietnam look bad.
Vietnam has indeed come a long way and still has a long way to go. Vietnam should be compared with it's sea peers. In this regard she is doing okay and hopefully it will keep developing rapidly so it can catch up with it's peers in ASEAN.

he he he...our northern neighbor shouldn´t compare with Vietnam.
posting some pics of a good quarter of Saigon. in case you wonder why there are no people, it is because we hide in houses or parks when the sun stands high. it is damn hot when you are exposed to the sun light.
