All these details have been discussed to death in the Rafale thread in the indian section. The MII negotiations will close in December and Reliance (Ambani) will probably be the indian partner.

I edited my post. Negotiations for MII(make in india) till december. Line will begin in 2018 mid . exact date will be clear in Dec

@Carlosa Vietnam still embargoed by the US? The cheapest solution will be to buy F-16's EDA like the Indonesians and have them upgraded to V standard like the Taiwanese are getting theirs for $1.85 billion for 145 A/B standards.
