It's the direction that China not dare to take, China is not confidence enough to take this route, if this confidence vote happen in China the people of China will turn against China Government which ever way the result turn out. So it not advice for China to take this foolish act, China can not handle the confidence vote now.

For now China just sit back watch and learn from small country how to move away from communist ideology slowly.
